Ft. Worth weekend

Well, technically we went to Grapevine to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge with some good friends and their two littles.

G was so excited to be going back to the gator (elevator), games, cream (ice cream), and ocean (wave pool).  We are all in agreement that GWL is really geared for kids ages 5+ if you want to get your money's worth, but there is still plenty for the younger ones.

We left the lodge on Saturday to get out of the bubble and enjoy some fresh air.  They have an aquarium and Legoland discovery center just minutes down the road, so we grabbed some non-fried dinner fare and enjoyed a nearly empty aquarium ... perfect for {two} two year olds to run around.

I don't think we will be going back anytime soon (since we have been twice in the past few months), but it was a great weekend and even better was coming back to home sweet home.
