Confessions of a New Mom

I'll admit - there are some nice perks to being a mom. Especially when it comes to the holidays. Halloween was our first holiday with Baby G - getting to pick out his costume and going to the pumpkin patch.

But the BEST holiday (at least in my opinion) is fast approaching and I am giddy just thinking about it! Christmas will be here before you know it, and there are so many things I am excited to do for the very first time
... pictures with Santa, new stockings for the family, a REAL Christmas tree in our home, G's first ornament, and of course, the all important Christmas card.

I love receiving snail mail and you can't think about Christmas without thinking about the quintessential Christmas card. I want ours to be absolutely perfect because I know it will be displayed (hopefully) in many a home over the holiday season.

Being the avid online shopper that I am, I have scoured the web searching for the best place to make this über important purchase. My two requirements are very simple: a photo card and a card that is within my price range but doesn't skimp on cuteness or quality.

Not only have I found the perfect website that fits my taste and budget, but they also offer other products that are very tempting!

These three cards from Shutterfly caught my eye immediately:

I personally will probably opt for the "holiday card" as opposed to the "Christmas card" because I want a card that encompasses all religions, but their Christmas card selection is just as nice.

You can view their holiday card selection here and their Christmas card selection here.

If you are looking for something special for Grandma and Grandpa or other relatives, I think the canvas wall art and photo calendars would also make wonderful gifts for those who love to look at your baby as much as you do. :)

Another fabulous perk from Shutterfly? They are offering Bloggers 50 free holiday cards! Find out more information here.

I am SO relieved that Shutterfly will take care of my Christmas card needs... now all I have to do is get the perfect family photo!
